Selection of powerlifting teams.

Teams are selected on the basis that they can help World Class Lifting deliver against its key aims for 2012 and beyond.  Teams for European and World Championships will be selected using a published selection policy which is based on delivering these aims.  For other international events WCL will select  a team of athletes, please note that this will NOT be a Great Britain representative team as there will be no set selection standards and is not open to athletes who are not on the WCL programme.  Participation in these events  will be dependent on a number of factors including  the stage of development of athlete, their current progress  and their international experience.  For further details on the selection policy and requirements if selected please  click here.

 

IPC World Championships
