 A.H. Coefficient Formula
Â
The A.H. Coefficient  Formula is a way of comparing athletes of different body weights against each other. It multiplies the weight lifted by a number (coefficient factor) that is based on the lifters actual bodyweight. This is the way that the results Powerlifting in the Commonwealth Games are calculated and is often used in competitions where the number of lifters in a weight category is low to make the event more competitive.

2. Read down until you find your weight in kilos e.g. if you weigh 40.4 kgs read down until you get to 40
3. Then read across until you get to the column with 0.4 at the top.
4. You should be at a box with 1.174481 in it
5. Now multiply the weight you lifted, so if the 40.4 lifter in this example lifted 30 kg the calculation would be
Â
30 * 1.174481 = 35.23443 which rounded to the neaest 1 decimal point is 35.2 Points
