Natalie Blake, Adam Alderman, Anthony Peddle and Jason Irving leave tomorrow for Poland.  They will spend five days in a training camp at the "START" Club in Wroclaw, training alongside some of the Polish Athletes before competing in the Silver Bar Competition which is an International Invitational event hosted by the Polish Sports Association for the Disabled from 6th-8th November.  For Peddle, Irving & Blake it will be their first international outing since the 2008 Beijing Paralympics and is the start of their preparation towards London 2012.  Both Peddle and Blake spent 4 days in the High Performance Centre in Leeds last week working with WCL support staff in preparation for the Polish camp.
