GB Team for World Championships

Congratulations to the following lifters who have been selected for the World Weightlifting Championships in Goyang City, Korea form the 17th-29th November.

Both athletes were 1 kg off the selection total for their weight category however the selection committee felt that both athletes are making  good progress.  Gurbinder Cheema has made a good recovery from the injury that kept him out of the British Championships this year.

Michaela Breeze had made the selection standard during the qualification period but was not selected due to injury.
