Smith and Sheard best overall at British Youths.
The competition was held at Crystal Palace on Saturday 9th May, despite being only two weeks after the British Juniors there was still a good attendance with 24 of the lifters who had met the qualifying standard competing. It was great to see commitment from Ray Cavanagh for bringing lifters down from Scotland for the 2nd time in two weeks.
